Steven Dubis is currently Managing Partner at the Andor Group, a global venture capital firm.

In his last role, Steven was the Director of Digital Products at NBCUniversal. The world's largest media group, including +30 businesses like CNBC, E!/Esquire, Hulu, Universal Pictures, USA, MSNBC, Telemundo, and Focus Features, he led audience development and behavior intelligence out of their Manhattan headquarters. With a background in designing, building, marketing, and selling digital products, Steven specialized in e-commerce, Internet trends, and native mobile and web-based technologies. 

His career includes responsibility in business development for emerging markets and commercialization/product management for new ventures; ranging companies from private to public, VC-backed to Fortune 25. After graduate school, Steven was in international marketplace products at Amazon and business development at Google. Before joining IGV, he guest lectured at Cornell University and served as an advisor for multiple startups. Steven is a member of the World Affairs Council and the European Chamber of Commerce.
